The SOAR Regional Arts Board regrets to inform you that we are cancelling our summer 2013 production of The Music Man. This decision was an extremely difficult one and is based on several debilitating obstacles. We did not receive a very important grant to help fund the production. Without proper funding, we felt we were not able to produce the quality of show we wished to present. That coupled with a lack of male actors to fill the cast forced our decision.
Please accept our sincere apology with thankful appreciation for the time you have invested in auditioning. We are grateful for your effort and interest in The Music Man. We hope you will continue to look to SOAR for community arts involvement.
