All ticket sales are final – no refunds will be issued.
Online Ticket sales will close 1-2 hours prior to each performance. Tickets will still be available at the door.
Any request for a change of seats must be made and finalized prior to 24 hours before the earliest performance. All requests must be made by email to sales @ soararts.com, we will not be able to exchange seats at performances.
If you are unable to attend a performance, please note you have the option to utilize the amount paid as a tax-deductible donation. Please email us at sales @ soararts.com to request your donation receipt.
During performance weekend, emails will be answered within 24 hours.
*A $25.00 fee will be applied for returned checks. A $25 fee will apply for any credit card disputes, additional fees charged to SOAR due to a credit card dispute will also be the responsibility of the card holder.
Children 3 and under are allowed a lap pass at no cost. If you would like a seat for your child, a ticket must be purchased.
Once you have completed your order you have the open to view and print your tickets. You will also receive an email with a link to your tickets to view or print later.
