Ticket Policies
All ticket sales are final – no refunds will be issued.

Online Ticket sales will close 1-2 hours prior the performance. Tickets will still be available at the door. 

Any request for a change of seats must be made and finalized prior to 24 hours before the performance. All requests must be made by email to sales @ soararts.org, we will not be able to exchange seats at performances.

If you are unable to attend the performance, please note you have the option to utilize the amount paid as a tax-deductible donation. Please email us at sales @ soararts.org to request your donation receipt.

During performance weekend, emails will be answered within 24 hours. 

*A $25.00 fee will be applied for returned checks. A $25 fee will apply for any credit card disputes, additional fees charged to SOAR due to a credit card dispute will also be the responsibility of the card holder.

Children 3 and under are allowed a lap pass at no cost. If you would like a seat for your child, a ticket must be purchased.

Currently, masks are not required, however we will follow the requirements of the school as well as the Governor and MDH. We will post to social media and email ticket holders if anything should change.
